Registration Terms and Conditions

Acceptance: By completing a registration, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accept the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms and conditions, may be amended from time to time, and apply to the registration to participate in a course offered by Nicholls Consulting Services (NCS).

Registration

Completion of a registration

  • Once the completed online registration is submitted, NCS will send an email to your contact email. This email issued by NCS finalises your registration.
  • If you need to change your registration or contact details, please email [email protected]. 

If you do not receive your registration confirmation email within 24 hours of your registration, please contact us at [email protected]. In rare cases, the confirmation email may be in your junk mail.

Payment

By credit card

  • Payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) online at the time of registration is required unless multiple registrations are needed. For multiple registrations, please email [email protected] to receive an invoice.
  • If you require a tax invoice, please email [email protected]

Refund

Refund requests

A refund will only be provided in the event that the specified course content is not delivered or cannot be made available to the registrant for the agreed period of time. 

However, a substitute attendee will be accepted providing the course has not been started by the registered participant. 

NCS may, at its discretion, provide a refund in exceptional circumstances. Supporting documentation may be required.

Intellectual Property

  • The course content provided to participants is copyright and cannot be reproduced and used for commercial purposes. 
  • Only people who have registered can access the course material. Please do not share your login details with people who have not registered for the course.

Access and Duration

  • Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email containing log in details and instructions on how to access and work though the program. If you do not receive your log in details within 24 hours, please email [email protected] 
  • All course materials are accessible for 60 days from the date of purchase 
  • While the course can be completed in as little as 8 hours, for maximum benefit it is recommenced that participants complete the course within 6-8 weeks

  • Note: To ensure that you receive reminder emails as well as your Certificate of Completion, please make sure that the 'subscribe to our email list' box is checked when registering.
